The Adjustable Ruler Foot #72 is specially designed to quilt along a ¼ inch thick plexiglass template. This allows decorative quilting patterns of lines, feathers, circles, etc. to be sewn accurately and perfectly. On the one hand, the high foot sole prevents possible hitting of the plexiglass templates, on the other hand, the special shape allows the templates to be positioned 360° around the foot sole, which is especially important for circles.
The inner and outer markings enable precise work, and the adjustment wheel allows the foot height to be individually adapted to the fabric thickness.
With the attachment of the echo quilting clips or the cord sewing inserts to the foot sole, other creative techniques such as echo quilting or artistic quilting with cords, yarns or wool can be applied.
